At the heart of success for adoption professionals and families is relevant training designed to create awareness, enhance knowledge and understanding and build skill. Jayne has been an adoption and foster care educator for nearly twenty-five years. Her interactive, multi-media presentations create an enthusiastic training environment.

Alongside her training responsibilities, Jayne has participated in the development and writing of over 225 hours of training curriculum for the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program, National Foster Parent Association, Infant Adoption Awareness Training Program, and Casey Family Programs.
